Biskut ini di buat khas untuk anak buah akak yang akan datang bercuti kat rumah. Budak budak nie memang suka makan cookies dan kek. Musim cuti budak budak pun boring nak duduk di rumah sendiri. Mereka pun nak jalan ke rumah saudara.
Biskut nie bila di keluarkan dari oven ianya agak lembut dan biarkan selama 10 minit barulah keras dan ranggup. kalau bolah kurangkan penggunaan gula sebab ianya sedikit manis kalau ikut resepi nie .
Resepi nie di ambil dari blog-cook almost anythings

Apricot Almond Oatmeal Cookies

90g rolled oats
150g plain flour
220g caster sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
90g finely chopped dried apricots
70g slivered almonds
125g butter
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 tablespoon boiling water

Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F.

Combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, apricots and almonds in bowl.

Melt butter with golden syrup over low heat. Mix bicarbonate of soda with boiling water, then stir into melted butter mixture. Add this to the dry ingredients, mixing well.

Roll tablespoons of the mix into balls, place on baking paper lined trays, flatten slightly then bake for approximately 20 minutes. Cool slightly on the trays before moving to a wire rack.

This makes around 36 cookies




Sempat lagi buat bun . Kali ini masih mengunakan adunan sweet bun. Sebelum bake, akak potongkan di tengah bun dan isikan dengan gula dan sedikit butter.
